1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Filmsk iPhone app. By tapping Agree on the first-run screens, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the AI data disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use Filmsk. Questions: Filmsk@outlook.com.

2. The app

Filmsk lets you type outfit, street scene, film color, and mood in Studio and generate a street portrait; keep street photographs in Notes and run Analyze Scene; arrange pictures in Stories as Opening, Main, or Closing; and buy Grains in Grain Store through Apple In-App Purchase.

Filmsk does not offer accounts, social networks, maps, or cloud sync of your library.

3. Grains

Grains are a virtual balance inside Filmsk. One Generate uses 10 Grains. Grains have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and are not redeemable for money. Purchases are processed by Apple. Failed or canceled generation does not use Grains. Filmsk does not promise that unused Grains can be restored after you delete the app or change devices, except as Apple’s consumable In-App Purchase rules allow.

4. Third-party AI and your content

You are responsible for the words you type and the photographs you add. Filmsk uses third-party AI. By using Analyze Scene or Generate, you ask Filmsk to send the material for that action to the provider below, over HTTPS.

Analyze Scene: the selected street photograph is sent to Moonshot AI (Kimi), model kimi-k2.6, so the app can suggest English scene phrases. This runs only after you tap Analyze Scene.

Generate: the confirmed English description from your Studio fields is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, model FLUX.1 Schnell (steps = 4), to create a portrait. This runs only after you tap Generate · 10 Grains.

Filmsk does not send your name, email, device identifiers, location, contacts, or payment card details to Kimi or Cloudflare.

Generated pictures are machine-made. The app may mark them AI Generated. “35mm” is a visual style, not a claim of real film or of a real person.

Do not enter unlawful material. Do not use Filmsk to create or analyze sexual content involving minors. Do not submit photographs of children.

You keep your photographs and text. You allow Filmsk to send that material to the provider of the action you tap so the feature can run.

5. Device permissions

Camera and Photo Library are requested only when you take or choose a street photograph for a note. You may refuse. Some features will not run without the matching permission. Permission is not consent to send a photograph to Kimi.

6. Purchases

Grain Store lists Grains and prices from Filmsk’s catalog. Payment is handled by the App Store. Refunds, if any, follow Apple’s process.

7. Disclaimer

Filmsk is provided as is. Generation and analysis may fail, be delayed, or return a result you do not like. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that a portrait will match a real street or person. Third-party AI output is not reviewed by Filmsk before it appears.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest update. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
